Get Ready for Work is a 12-week paid work placement. Our work placements have a guaranteed job after successful completion.
During the 12 weeks, you'll work up to 20 hours a week whilst undertaking the Level 4 SQA Certificate in Work Readiness.
Is it for you?
You must be:
- aged 16 to 24 (16 to 19 for training agreements)
- able to live and work in the UK
- currently not in employment, training or education
- not at school and at risk of not making a successful transition from school into work
- facing one or more barriers to employment
Anyone on the Scottish Government’s Fair Start Scotland programme is not eligible.
