The Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 made changes to Scottish secure tenancy rights.
To protect your tenancy, and the tenancy of other members of your household, you need to tell us about:
- anyone who has moved into your house but you haven’t yet told us
- anyone who has moved out of your house
- anyone who maybe be moving in or out of your home in the future
