The preparation and submission of Schedule 3 forms is another statutory requirement for local authorities during the LDP process. They are linked to the issues brought forward during the consultation period, specifically focussing on any unresolved issues. These forms were previously known as Schedule 4s and will contain information and summaries of all unresolved issues and representations at that point in time, alongside reasonings as to why Angus Council did not modify the plan based on these representations.
