The Council are now formally inviting all Community Councils and constituted community groups (in accordance with section 19 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015) to create a Local Place Plan for their area. The invitation can be found below:

Should communities wish to prepare and register a Local Plan for it to be considered in the preparation of the next Local Development Plan, then this needs to be submitted to Council no later than 31 December 2025.
