Help and advice about bullying

Bullying takes place in the context of relationships. It is behaviour that can make people feel hurt, threatened, frightened and left out and it can happen face to face and online.

If you're being bullied, it can be difficult to know what to do or where to turn, to make the behaviour stop and to help you to manage your feelings. However, you do have options... tell someone you trust exactly what is happening.
