Primary school children from Angus attended a STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) careers event today (Wednesday 24 April) at Hayshead Primary School in Arbroath in a bid to ignite young minds and inspire them to take up careers in the industry. Over 70 children attended the first of six STEM careers event, where they got the chance to find out about the diverse range of STEM careers available and experience interactive activities from local businesses/organisations.

The price of charging an electric vehicle at charging points maintained by Angus Council will increase from Monday 1 April 2024.The price will go up to 55p per kWh on all slow, fast and rapid chargers.
