You may be eligible for a community alarm and telecare equipment if you need support to live independently at home, whatever your age, and if you have:
- increasing frailty
- dementia
- a long-term health condition
- physical disability
- sensory impairment
- mental health problems
If you think you, or a relative, neighbour or friend may benefit from, and be eligible for, a community alarm and/or telecare, you can apply by making a referral to us.
How to make a referral
There are four ways to make a referral:
- Register or sign in and complete the assessment form at Independent Living Angus
- Email firstcontact@angus.gov.uk
- Contact your case holder.
- Call ACCESSLine on 03452 777 778.
